This development was launching in Green Square, arguably one of Sydney’s most saturated, competitive apartment markets. A campaign was required that showcased the bespoke and refined solution and distanced it from run-of-the-mill, investor driven projects.
The campaign concentrated on design savvy owner-occupiers, showcasing the project in a high profile launch. Memorable location-based naming of the property ensured good recall and effective online advertising. Chic ambassadors – George and Allen appeared throughout the marketing collateral, reinforcing the project’s individual nature. Editorial style imagery and information, matched with Hecker Guthrie designed interior spaces, further elevated the status and style of George & Allen.
Hoyne’s design for the George & Allen sales suite took home the gold medal in the New York’s Graphis Design Annual 2014. The project’s overall marketing campaign also won a silver medal.
