Harold Park is a rare inner city enclave that balances a sense of escape with the urban eclecticism of Glebe and close proximity to the CBD. We conceived the strategy, full brand identity and launch campaign.
Hoyne pitched Harold Park as ‘Glebe’s secret backyard’. This positioning amplified the community’s unique aspects. The graphic style of the tram scroll was adapted for use in everything from brochure inserts to custom made furniture for the sales suite. We then developed a youthful telegraphed style of verbal communication to quickly illustrate how Harold Park ticks all desirable boxes.
An exceptional result: Over 13,000 expressions of interest. Over 180 apartments sold at launch for Harold Park.
