Highgardens is an architecturally crafted collection of 100 one, two and three bedroom apartments by Lyon and Winten Property Group, that boasts outdoor spaces and communal rooftop gardens. The elevated living standards and outdoor spaces provided the inspiration for the name Highgardens, which positions the development as a green enclave in the sky where city meets zen.
Our challenge was to create a campaign that ensured Highgardens stood out from a sea of homogenous local developments. To achieve this the campaign developed a strong, engaging narrative: Highgardens is a gateway to the vibrant, cultural village of Eastwood, and still has great city connectivity and walkability. The narrative also spoke directly to the target market of young professionals looking for an astute investment opportunity in an emerging suburb.
